Privacy Policy

Effective: October 28, 2026

What this covers. This policy describes how TrustCraft Legal Services PLLC (the “Firm”) handles personal information collected through the TrustCraft Legal Services pages at trustcraft.ai. Other pages at trustcraft.ai are published by TrustCraft LLC and are covered by that company's privacy policy.

Information the Firm holds about a client or a prospective client is governed by the Firm's professional obligations of confidentiality under the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, and by the applicable engagement agreement, rather than by this policy. Those obligations are stricter than this policy, and nothing here – including the sharing provisions below – permits the Firm to disclose information it is professionally obliged to protect.

What Is Collected

What you send. If you use the contact or consultation form, or email the Firm: your name, business email address, and whatever else you choose to include, including your organization, telephone number, and a description of the matter.

What is recorded automatically. The hosting provider keeps standard server access logs — IP address, pages requested, time, referring page, browser and operating system type — to run and secure the site.

What is not collected. No advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party tracking or profiling technology. The Firm does not build profiles of visitors and does not purchase personal information about them.

Cookies. These pages use no analytics, advertising, tracking, or profiling cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary to deliver and secure the site.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through these pages or by email until the Firm confirms in writing that it represents you. See the Website Terms of Use.

How it is used. To respond to your inquiry; to run a conflicts check; to provide legal services where an engagement follows; to operate and secure the site; and to meet the Firm's legal, tax, and professional obligations.

Who it is shared with. The Firm does not sell personal information and does not share it for advertising. It is shared only with service providers who host the site, deliver email, and provide IT support, each limited by contract to providing that service; with the Firm's own professional advisers and insurers where needed; where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to establish or defend legal claims; and with a successor in connection with a transfer of the practice, on terms consistent with this policy. None of these permits disclosure of privileged or confidential client information.

How long it is kept. Only as long as needed for the purposes above. In judging that the Firm considers the nature of the relationship, whether an engagement followed, and its professional and legal recordkeeping obligations. Information may be kept longer where law requires it or where it is needed to establish or defend legal claims. Conflicts records are retained as professional obligations require.

Security. The Firm takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information in its control, including limiting access to those who need it. The security of information sent over the internet cannot be guaranteed. Email is not a secure medium and should not be used for confidential or sensitive material. Where a breach affecting personal information occurs, the Firm will give the notices applicable law requires.

Your choices. Most privacy statutes give rights to individuals acting in a personal capacity and may not apply to a business contact. Whether or not they apply, you may ask the Firm to provide a copy of the personal information it holds about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it unless it must be kept, or stop sending you marketing messages. Email info@trustcraft.ai. The Firm may ask for enough information to confirm who you are and will respond as applicable law requires or, where it does not, within a reasonable time. Information subject to the Firm's professional obligations is handled under those rules.

Do Not Track. The Firm does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Other. Links to other sites are governed by those sites' policies. The Firm and its service providers process information in the United States. This policy may be updated; the "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be noted here for a reasonable period.
