TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TRUSTCRAFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

  • WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT

  • WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS

  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES


We do not warrant that the Site, its servers, or any email sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components.


4. Limitation of Liability

BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES,  TRUSTCRAFT'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED AND WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUT SHALL, IN NO EVENT, EXCEED $100.00.

This limitation applies even if TrustCraft has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, icons, images, and software, are the property of TrustCraft or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, or print materials from the Site for your own internal business use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, republish, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without express written permission from TrustCraft.

6. User Submissions
